Bloom is provided as-is for educational and personal wellness purposes. It is not medical advice.

1. Not a medical device

Bloom is a wellness app, not a medical device. AI insights and predictions are based on patterns you log and general health information. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloom. If you are in a jurisdiction with a higher age of digital consent, you must meet that age.

3. Account and data

Bloom does not require an account. You are responsible for your own device security. If you lose your device, we cannot recover your cycle log — it is local to your device by design.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store:

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.

5. AI usage limits

Free users have a daily limit on AI insights (5/day) and AI chat messages (20/day). Premium subscribers have unlimited usage, subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse.

The Bloom name, logo, design, code, and content are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Your cycle data remains yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bloom. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

You may stop using Bloom at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
